NO SALT BISCUITS 
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/3 c. oil
2/3 c. skim milk

Mix flour and baking powder. Combine oil and milk; pour into dry ingredients. Stir until forms a ball. Knead slightly. Roll dough until 1/2 inch thick. Cut with cutter. Place close together on ungreased baking sheet. Bake in 450 degree oven for 12-15 minutes.

Variation: Herb seasoned - add 1 or more of the following to dry mixture: 1 tsp. onion powder 2 tsp. parsley flakes 2 tsp. dill weed 1/2 tsp. sage

Drop Biscuits: Add 2 additional tablespoons skim milk and stir until dough well mixed. Drop by spoons onto ungreased sheet.

Just a note, although you have not "added" extra salt to this recipe, those watching their sodium intake should know that baking powder has a lot of sodium in it. About 488 mg. for 1 tsp. alone. You might can find a low sodium or maybe even a no sodium version though. There is also low amounts in the flour, very low - depending on the kind you use, and probably the milk as well. So, I just wanted to note this in case some of you need to watch it, as I do, due to BP issues. Thank you :)

Tabitha, we found a no salt baking powder at Amazon. The brand is Hain, featherweight Baking powder, sodium free. George
