GOURMET TURKEY-RICE CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked turkey
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 can (6 oz.) mushrooms
3/4 c. slivered almonds
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
3 tbsp. melted butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine turkey, soup, celery, rice, mushrooms, almonds, onions, mayonnaise and lemon juice in 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with corn flake crumbs. Drizzle with butter. Bake 40 minutes. 8 to 12 servings.
