Chicken breast or steak, cut in strips Onions, sliced Green peppers, sliced Italian dressing White wine Worcestershire 10 in. flour tortillas Tomatoes, chopped Shredded Cheddar cheese Sour cream Salsa Guacamole Marinate meat, onions, and peppers for several hours or overnight. Use either an iron skillet, electric skillet, or wok to cook. Use marinade to cook in. Get pan very hot and add meat and vegetables. Cook very quickly and stir often. Serve with tortillas and fixings to taste. |
