TURKEY FAJITAS 
1 lb. turkey strips
1 tsp. seasoning salt
2 tbsp. oil
1 green bell pepper, cut in strips
1 red bell pepper, cut in strips
1 med. yellow onion, cut in rings
2 fresh tomatoes, peeled and cubed
1/2 c. salsa
Sour cream
Sliced olives
12 flour tortillas

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add turkey strips and sprinkle with seasoning salt. Stir 3-4 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Do not overcook. Remove the meat from the pan. Add 1 spoon oil to the pan and put in the peppers and onions. Cook and stir for 2-3 minutes and add the tomatoes and salsa. Put the turkey back in the pan with the vegetables and heat to bubbling. Spoon the fajita mixture into warm flour tortillas and roll up. Garnish with sour cream and sliced olives.
