FAJITA TACOS 
1 lb. steak fajitas
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Tomatoes
Green onions
Lettuce
Celery
1 can refried beans
2 avocados
Mozzarella cheese
Corn tortillas

Heat pan in a small amount of oil. Fry steak fajitas; cut up in small pieces; add seasonings. Once it's cooked remove from pan, set on a platter. Cook refried beans in a pan for a few minutes. Heat skillet with a little oil. Place one tortilla at a time in pan, turn over with tongs and fold to make tacos.

Dry off excess oil with paper towel. Spread refried beans on tortilla, place on top a small amount of steak fajitas, cut up pieces of cheese, chopped green onions, sliced celery, tomatoes, a slice of avocado and finely cut lettuce and enjoy!
