BEEF FAJITAS 
1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak, cut in thin strips
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. teriyaki sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
3 med. onions, cut in julienne strips
3 med. green pepper, cut in julienne strips
2 med. tomatoes, cut in julienne strips
1 doz. flour or corn tortillas
1 tbsp. oil

Marinate the beef in the seasonings for at least 1 hour before cooking. In large skillet heat oil, cook meat until it is tender, add vegetables and cook until medium done. Remove from skillet and serve immediately in warm tortillas.
