BEEF OR CHICKEN FAJITAS 
2 lbs. skirt steak or boneless chicken breast or strips cut from thigh and legs

Mix together: 1/4 c. red wine vinegar 1/3 c. lime juice 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. oregano 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. cumin 3 cloves garlic

Marinate meat overnight. Cook on top of stove or on grill. Serve with flour tortillas and picante sauce - lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
