BEEF FAJITA MARINADE 
1 1/2 tsp. accent
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. rosemary leaves
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/3 c. lime juice
1/3 c. corn oil
1/2 tbsp. garlic salt
2 1/2 tbsp. meat tenderizer

Use for 6 to 8 pounds meat. Combine ingredients and pour over meat. Turn 6 to 8 times while marinating. Meat needs to be marinated 12 to 15 hours in advance. Cook 15 to 25 minutes on medium fire.
