FAJITAS 
Flank steak, fillet & cut into strips
3/4 c. Italian salad dressing
1 tsp. oregano
2 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
3/8 c. shortening (about 1/3 c.)
2/3 c. warm water
Cheese, grated
Avocado
Salsa
Sour cream
Tomato, cut up
Onion

Makes 9 soft taco shells.

Marinate meat for at least 1 hour in the Italian dressing/spices combination.

Combine flour, salt and baking powder. Cut in shortening. Add water gradually. Knead. Cover with towel and let stand for 15 minutes. Heat griddle to medium heat. Split dough into 9 balls. Roll each until thin and round shaped on floured surface. Cook each on griddle for 30 seconds on each side. Set aside, covered, in warm oven. Grill meat for 5 to 10 minutes per side until done to your liking. Some people like to grill with onions on top of the meat.
