FAJITAS 
2 lbs. flank or skirt steak or 2 lbs. chicken breast
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. lime juice
2 pkgs. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch Milk recipe Original Ranch Salad Dressing Mix
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Flour tortillas, warmed
Green pepper, sliced and sauteed
Onion, sliced and sauteed

TOPPINGS:

Guacamole
Sour cream
Picante sauce
Chopped tomato
Grated cheese

Pierce steak all over with fork. Combine oil, lime juice, dressing mix, cumin and pepper; pour over meat. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Grill or broil meat, using marinade to baste. Slice into thin slices. Roll in warm tortillas with green pepper, onion and choice of other toppings. Serves 6.
