PLUM GOOD FAJITAS 
1/2 c. butter
1 lg. onion (chopped)
1 (17 oz.) can purple plums
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade (thawed)
1/2 c. bottled chili sauce
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. ground ginger
2 drops Tabasco sauce
Fajita meat, round steak cut in strips if shirt steak not available

Melt butter and saute chopped onion. Puree plums using syrup. Add plums and remaining ingredients (except meat) and simmer for 15 minutes. Baste Fajita meat and cook in open pit until done.
