TACOS AL CARBON (FAJITAS)
OUTDOOR BAR-B-QUE
 
2 1/2 lbs. fajitas
Cilantro
1 lg. tomatoes
1 sm. onion
Jalapeno (optional)
Seasoning salt
Pepper (black)
Onion Powder
Garlic
Avocado
Lettuce
Corn tortillas pkg. (3 doz.)

Season fajitas to taste. Bar-b-que fajitas on outdoor grill, and chop meat in 1/2 inch cuts (squares). Mix chopped cilantro, tomato, onion, jalapeno. Slice avocado and lettuce. Warm tortillas, fill with meat and put the cilantro tomato onion mix in. Slice avocado and lettuce. Ready to serve.
