ABSOLUTE BEST FAJITAS 
6 sliced, deboned and skinned chicken breasts
1 red pepper
1 onion (can use red onion if you like)
1 green pepper
Oil

SIDE TRIMMINGS:

Avocado
Sour cream
Shredded cheese
Salsa, etc.

MARINADE:

1 clove garlic
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. cumin

Mix marinade and pour in zip-lock bag; place chicken in bag. Let marinate for a minimum of 4 hours. Stir fry onion in oil until soft and then add chicken and rest of vegetables and stir fry until done.

Serve with warm tortillas and trimmings. Always a big hit for company!
