BEEF OR CHICKEN FAJITAS 
1 1/2 lbs. beef or chicken
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. water
2 med. onions
1 green bell pepper
3 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Heat oil and water in skillet, add garlic. Add beef or chicken, saute until cooked through. Add onions, bell pepper and sauces. Cook until tender, about 15 to 20 minutes.

Spread spoonful of fajita mixture in middle of tortilla. Top with tomatoes, cheese, lettuce and salsa. Roll and serve.

To warm tortillas, put in skillet without oil. Heat on each side 10 to 15 seconds. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
