BOB'S OMELET SURPRISE | |
butter Eggs Onions Green peppers Bologna Colby cheese Apple Melt a chunk of butter about half the size of a hickory nut in a medium sized skillet. Beat four eggs well. Dice the onion and add about half a small handful to the eggs. Add a few less diced green peppers then you did onions. Dice up a handful of bologna and add it. Take a good solid Yellow Delicious apple and dice it up, not too fine. Add a handful of apple to the eggs. Finally a handful of Colby cheese and a little salt and pepper. Don't let your skillet get too hot and have a cup of coffee while the mixture browns lightly in the skillet. The aroma is guaranteed to bring your family to the table before you can get it on their plates. |
