BOB'S PORK CHOP 
4 pork chops
1 can cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. onion (optional)
1 green pepper (optional)
Mustard
Flour
Oil

D ip chops in flour. Spread mustard on both sides of chops and flour again. Brown in a little oil. Place chops in baking dish. Pour soup over chops pan and bake 1 hour or until done.
