QUICHE LORRAINE 
9 slices bacon cut into 1 inch pieces and fried until crumbly
2 1/2 tbsp. chopped onion (cut sm.)
1 1/2 c. diced Swiss cheese
1 c. half and half cream
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 tsp. chopped chives
1 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls

Press Pillsbury crescent rolls together in bottom of 9 inch pie plate or quiche plate. Layer first onion, then bacon and then Swiss cheese in pie plate.

Mix eggs, cream, salt, pepper and chives and pour mixture over cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Let set for about 10 minutes and then cut and serve.
