BROILED SCALLOPS WITH ITALIAN
BREAD CRUMBS
 
6 oz. fresh sea scallops
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. granulated garlic
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Mix together bread crumbs, seasonings, and Parmesan cheese. Add to this: 1 tsp. paprika

Blend thoroughly.

Toss scallops in bread crumb mixture, coating well. Place scallops in an individual casserole dish.

Drizzle with: 1/8 c. lemon juice 1 oz. melted butter

Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Serves one.
