RAISIN PIE 
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs, unbeaten
1/4 tsp. salt

Cook raisins in 1 cup water for 10 minutes. Set aside to cool. Combine eggs, butter and sugar; beat well and add to other ingredients. Then add raisins. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
