MEATLOAF PARMESAN 
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
3/4 c. milk
2 lb. ground beef
1 beaten egg
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. onion flakes
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine crumbs and milk. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pack into 9 x 5 loaf pan. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes.
