RHUBARB UPSIDE DOWN CAKE 
5 c. rhubarb, cut up
1 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jello
3 c. miniature marshmallows
1 pkg. yellow or white cake mix

Arrange rhubarb in 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Sprinkle sugar over top, then dry Jello and then the marshmallows. Pour cake batter over all. Bake for 50 minutes in 350 degree oven. When cake is completely cold, turn upside down and serve with whipped cream.

Variations: Huckleberries with lemon Jello, Peach slices with orange Jello, Cherries with cherry Jello.
