SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE 
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. cooked raisins (simmer 5 min. covered with water)
1/2 c. raisin juice (liquid from raisins)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour or cornstarch
2 eggs

Heat sour cream, cooked raisins, raisin juice, cinnamon, cloves, sugar, flour and eggs. Cook until thick and pour into baked pastry shell. Sprinkle with coconut or cover with meringue. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
