GRANDMA'S SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE 
Stew and drain 1 cup of raisins. Beat 2 egg yolks and add to 1 1/2 cups cultured sour cream. Mix together 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1/3 cup sugar, and 1 heaping tablespoon flour; add this to the above mixture and cook until thick. You must stir constantly to keep from scorching. (If using a microwave, stop to stir.)

Cool, then pour into pre-baked pie crust. Add a meringue if you like and brown under a broiler.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
