MOCK SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE 
1 1/2 c. raisins
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. water
1 3/4 c. skim milk
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
Pinch of salt

Cook sugar, water and salt until it becomes a syrupy substance. Add 1 1/2 cups milk and butter. Mix the other 1/4 cup milk with cornstarch and spices. Pour into hot milk mixture and add raisins. Boil about 5 minutes and pour into a baked pie shell.

A recipe for those watching their cholesterol and it is very good.
