SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE 
5 eggs (yolks)
1 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. raisins

Beat egg yolks; add sugar, sour cream and raisins. Cook in medium saucepan until clear and thick. Pour into baked pie crust. Top with meringue. Bake in 400 degree oven until meringue is browned.
