MUSTARD RING 
4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. gelatin
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. turmeric
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 c. pastry cream (whipped)

Beat eggs in top of double boiler. Mix together sugar and gelatin, stir in mustard, turmeric and salt. Add water and vinegar to eggs and stir in sugar mixture. Cook over boiling water until slightly thick, stirring constantly. Cool and fold in whipped cream. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole ring mold. Serves 8. Good with baked ham.
