JIFFY RHUBARB BETTY 
4 c. rhubarb
3/4 c. sugar
1 pkg. (sm.) Jello - raspberry, or cherry
2 c. white or yellow cake mix or 1 Jiffy pkg.
1 c. cold water
5 tsp. melted butter

Layer above ingredients in order one on top of the other in 9 x 12 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
