KOLACKY 
1 lb. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
6 egg yolks
8 tbsp. sweet cream
4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Preserves or Solo fruit filling

Beat butter and sugar. Add egg yolks, one at a time. Alternate flour and baking powder with sweet cream. Roll into walnut size ball. Make thumbprint - fill with fruit filling. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 minutes.
