CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
16 oz. softened cream cheese
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa
2 1/4 c. whipped cream, soft peaks

Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Beat in cocoa until dissolved. Fold cream and chocolate mixture until mixed well. Top with sprinkles or whipped cream.
