CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. whipping cream
1 med. carton Cool Whip (optional)

Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and light. Incorporate cocoa and mix. In a separate bowl, beat whipping cream until peaks form. Gently fold whipping cream into cream cheese mixture. Pour into serving bowl and chill overnight. Top with Cool Whip (optional).
