FAST CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
1 tsp. unflavored gelatin
1 tbsp. cold water
2 tbsp. boiling water
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. Hershey's unsweetened cocoa
1 c. very cold heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix first 3 ingredients together until gelatin is dissolved. Beat the next 4 ingredients together at medium speed until peaks form. Then pour the two mixtures together and chill at least 1/2 hour, stirring together first. Serve very cold.
