OVEN FRENCH FRIES 
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. plain bread crumbs
1 tsp. oregano
2 (8 oz.) baking potatoes, unpeeled
1 egg white, beaten
Vegetable cooking spray

Combine Parmesan cheese and oregano and bread crumbs. Set aside. Cut each potato lengthwise into 8 wedges, dip into egg white and dredge in cheese mixture. Place fries in a baking sheet coated with vegetable spray. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. Yield: 4 servings. 137 calories per 4 wedges.
