OVEN FRENCH FRIES 
2 lg. baking potatoes, cut lengthwise into 8 wedges each
2 1/2 tsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. malt, red wine or balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. On lightly greased baking pan, spread potatoes in a single layer and brush with oil. Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Brush with remaining oil and bake an additional 10 minutes or until potatoes are crisp, golden and tender.

Before serving, sprinkle with vinegar and salt.

Serves 4.
