WHITE CHEESE DIP | |
1 (2 lb.) block white Velveeta cheese (Queso Blanco) 2 cups milk 1 (4 oz.) can diced jalapenos with juice (do not drain) 6 green onions, sliced (white and tops) 8 oz. dairy sour cream 2 tbsp. (more or less) white wine (optional) Cube Velveeta, combine with milk, over medium heat till completely melted, stirring constantly (or Microwave on high for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring every minute). Once melted and smooth, stir in remaining ingredients. Wine adds another flavor layer, so add to taste. Remove from heat, and serve with chips, or as sauce over Mexican dishes, etc. Enjoy!
