SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. imitation crab sticks
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. chopped celery

Mix above ingredients together. Place in greased 9x13 inch casserole. Crush 1 stack saltines and mix with 1/2 stick melted butter. Scatter over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Can be made with cut-up chicken pieces and cream of chicken soup.
