CREAM CHEESE POTATOES 
8 potatoes, peeled and quartered
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
8 oz. carton sour cream
1/4 lb. butter
Garlic salt
Grated cheddar cheese

Cook potatoes without salt until tender. Mash potatoes, add cream cheese, sour cream, and butter. Flavor with garlic salt. Put in a buttered casserole dish. Grate cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 8.
