SOUR CREAM CHEESE POTATOES 
1 pkg. instant potato buds
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
Chives to taste

Mix potato buds as directed on box (8 servings). Add cream cheese, sour cream and chives. Stir until well mixed, put in a casserole dish. Dot top with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees, uncovered.
