CHEESE AND SOUR CREAM POTATOES 
6 med. potatoes, cooked and grated
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. diced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Butter and paprika

Combine potatoes, cheese, sour cream, onion, salt and pepper in a greased casserole. Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

This recipe is absolutely amazing. When I make it again I don't think I will put quite as much sour cream in it...but otherwise it was great!!!

Add come breakfast cereal corn chips (crushed) to the top for a bit of texture....works well
