SOUR CREAM & CHEESE POTATOES 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns or can use fresh diced potatoes

Put in large buttered casserole or 9 x 13 inch pan.

Mix together in a bowl: 1/4 c. onion 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1 can cream of mushroom or any cream soup

Pour over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
