SOUR CREAM AND CHEESE POTATOES | |
2 lb. bag frozen hash browns, thawed 1/2 c. melted butter 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. onion, chopped 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 pt. sour cream 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1 c. corn flake crumbs 2 tbsp. butter, melted Mix hash browns, 1/2 cup melted butter, salt and pepper, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese together in a deep baking dish. Mix corn flake crumbs and 2 tablespoons melted butter together and sprinkle on top of first mixture. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes. |
