SOUR CREAM AND CHEESE POTATOES 
6 to 8 lg. potatoes (boiled, cooled, peeled and shredded)
1 pt. sour cream
1 lg. pkg. shredded cheese, cheddar
3 to 4 green onions, chopped
3/4 to 1 stick melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix together all ingredients and place in a two quart casserole or 7 x 11 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees 35 to 45 minutes.
