SOUR CREAM CHEESE POTATOES 
6 to 8 med. potatoes
1/2 stick butter, melted
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. onion, chopped
Salt to taste

Cook potatoes in skins, cool, but do not refrigerate. Peel and grate coarsely. Combine all ingredients. Put in 2 quart casserole and bake in 400 degree oven until brown, about 35 minutes.
