POTATOES IN CREAM CHEESE 
2 1/2 c. heavy cream
2 tbsp. butter
1 clove crushed garlic
Dash of nutmeg
6 or 7 potatoes, peeled, thinly sliced
1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. salt
Grated black pepper

Place cream, butter, garlic and nutmeg in small saucepan. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Butter a small casserole and arrange a layer of 1/3 of the potatoes and 1/3 of the cheeses. Season with salt and pepper. Repeat the layers. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
