3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. white sugar
2 3/4 c. flour
2 eggs
1 c. shortening
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Roll in balls and then dip in water and then into some white sugar and bake at 350.
