ITALIAN COOKIES 
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. milk

Beat together eggs, sugar, vegetable oil, and milk. Add flour and baking powder to egg mixture to form dough. If dough is too soft, add flour. Take pieces of dough and roll out like a pencil, 3 to 4 inches. Wrap around your finger to shape. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
