6 eggs 1 c. sugar 1 c. vegetable oil 1 tsp. anise extract 1 pinch salt 5 to 6 c. flour 6 tsp. baking powder Beat eggs, add sugar and oil. Mix very good, add dry ingredients. Place cookies on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Frost with white or colored frosting. Sprinkle with candies on top. | |

Great recipe! Makes about 4-5 dozen. I like mixing 1/4 tsp. anise extract to my frosting to make a stronger anise flavor.
