ITALIAN COOKIES 
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
5 tsp. baking powder
2 sticks butter
1 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
5 1/2 c. flour

Beat together eggs and sugar. Beat baking powder into egg mixture. Melt butter; cool. Add to mixture. Add milk, vanilla and flour (mix 2 cups at a time and stir).

Roll out cookies with flour under and over cookies and on hands and rolling pin (use cookie cutters). Grease cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

FROSTING:

1/3 bag confectioners sugar
3-4 tbsp. milk (1 tbsp. at a time)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. oil
Food color as desired
Sprinkles
