ITALIAN DROP COOKIES 
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla or lemon extract
6 tsp. baking powder
4 1/2 c. flour

Beat oil, sugar, eggs and extract for 10 minutes. Add flour and baking powder. Mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls on foil lined cookie sheet. Bake 7 to 8 minutes in 400 degree oven. Makes large amount; recipe may be divided in half.

FROSTING:

2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 to 3 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. lemon extract

Mix until smooth.

Been looking for this recipe. My mom passed away from dementia, 2 years ago and only had partial directions. In her recipe it called for Crisco shortening instead of vegetable oil.
