CHOCOLATE DELIGHT 
1 1/2 stick butter
1 1/2 cups flour (all purpose)
1 1/2 cups chopped nuts
1 8 oz. package cream cheese
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 large container Cool-Whip
2 small packages chocolate instant pudding
milk for pudding

Mix butter, flour and nuts and press in large oblong dish.

Bake for 3 minutes at 350°F. Let cool completely.

Cream sugar, cream cheese and half of cool whip and spread over crust.

Mix pudding and pour over cream cheese layer.

Top with remainder of cool whip and chill before serving.
