FROZEN HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. corn flakes
1/2 c. melted butter

Defrost potatoes and mix everything together except for corn flakes and melted butter. Place in greased large casserole. Sprinkle 2 cups corn flakes on top, plus 1/2 cup melted butter.

Bake in 350°F oven until bubbly.
